Membership: License agreement between Schriftkontor Ralf Herrmann as licensor and premium members of opentype.space as licensee
Files in the premium category are available for the entire duration of the membership.
The user is solely responsible for creating backups.
Use of the products is still permitted after the membership has expired, but there is no entitlement to updates or support. Renewed access to downloads and support is only possible by restarting the membership (at the prices applicable at that time).
The products may be installed on any Invision Community installations owned by the customer (licensee).
Support during the membership period is provided through the public or private forums on opentype.space. An up-to-date version of Invision Community is required in order to receive support.
The products are protected by copyright. Distribution to third parties or making the files publicly available is strictly prohibited and may be prosecuted under criminal law.
Cancellation of the premium membership is only possible if the purchase has not yet been fulfilled and now downloads have been made available yet. The licensee voluntarily waives the right to cancel the order granted under German law within 14 days. This does not affect cancellations due to complaints. If the offered software does not work as advertised, the licensor has the right to attempt to fix potential bugs. If the issue(s) cannot be resolved within 14 days, the purchase may be reversed at the customer's request.
